Add: Ability to add a new page from the context menu (WebDesigner and MvcDesigner components).
Add: The StiWebViewerFxOptions.Appearance.CurrentPageBorderColor option allows setting the border color of the current page (WebViewerFx component).
Add: The StiWebViewerFxOptions.Appearance.VariablesPanelColumns option allows setting the number of columns in the variables panel (WebViewerFx component).
