i've installed the latest prerelease build (2012.3.1404.0) and placed the Options.xml in the installation dierctory where also Designer.exe is located. I changed Options.xml using the OptionsHelper tool. But it still isn't working. No file path in Designer window title. I made other changes to Options.xml (for example again DesignerTitleMask set to {0}) but it has no effect. I looks as if Options.xml isn't used at all.
Any suggestions???

sorry, i installed the wrong build version
Now i'm using 2012.3.1407.0 and all works fine now.
