Hide groupheaders and footers when no rows visible

Hi,

I have a report that has 2 nested group headers, a databand and the footers. At the end of the report it has a report summary band.
I created a condition in the databand to hide a row to certain values. The problem is when all the rows are hidden in a group, the group header still shown. I cannot use the filters, otherwise the report summary will not count all the data.

How can I make that the group headers and footers doesn't show when are no visible rows for that group?
