fields side by side can growup with no effect each order

I would like some help about this following issue:

I have a report with six GroupHeaderBands and yours respectives GroupFooterBands

There are a DataBand1 with DataSource configured to a Table... with 5 classifications fields

** wrong line because field [Historic] push [Favorecido] field line down
**** correct line because grow up of [historic] field doesn't

How to do this vertical field [historic] that can grow up line don't push the [favorecido;] and followings to down in print?
