New Page Before

Post by grazi »

Hi there

I have a so called end text which needs to be printed on the last page. So I created a report summary with the property "New Page Before" set to true. But nothing happens, the report summary is printed after the last entries on the same page, no page break, no new page...

I have downloaded the latest dlls (SR_2008.09.25_D2005).

When I add a new page and add the end text in this one I have another problem: Even if I set the property "Print Headers and Footers from previous page" to true, there are no headers nor any footers on the second page.

Does anyone have an idea?!

Thank you for your help, Grazi

Hello, Grazi.

I have checked work of these properties. All worked correctly. Please take into consideration SkipFirst property. It works together with NewPageBefore.

Please send report template (mrt file) to support[at]stimulsoft.com for understanding of the situation you had faced.

Thank you.

Hi Edward.

Thank you for your help! Now it works just perfect:)

But I have another question. It seems that the Container Control is unavailable? I have selected the control in the setup toolbox window but there is no such control in the contorols list... I have tried the designer on tree computers but alwasy the same result: The control is selected in the setup toolbox but I can't draw it on the report because there is no container control in the controls list.

I hope you can help me with this issue too;)

Thanks again, Grazi

It is great news! :) You are welcome.

The Container control is obsolete. Please use Panel component in EngineV2 instead.

Thank you.
