Fill empty space with diagonal line

Hi

In some legal reports we need a way to avoid modification after report printing. That means that no one should be able to add information to it.
The solution we found and use in current technology (Delphi/Report Builder) is to print a diagonal line filling empty space at the bottom of report.

We're moving to .NET. Unfortunately we were unable to reproduce this in Stimulsoft when details is rendered with a height greater than design height, for example, when it has line breaks / word wrap.

We need instructions how to do it. Is it really possible? Can we suggest that as a new funcionality?
