Class Reference Installer

This is probably a known issue but I didn't see any messages about it. I am running Windows Vista and VS2008. When I go to install the Class Reference Package I get an error:

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

I would like to have the class reference at my fingertips. Is there something I can do to solve this?
