URGENT: Crash while printing

Hello,

I have designed my reports using Stimulsoft.WPF, i can preview the reports, export them to different formats but when I try to print the app crashes. Even the sample app BusinessObjects crashes when print is selected.

I tried it on different systems & on different printers, the app crashes on all.

Below are the error reports captured from the crashes:

It is very urgent for me, I purchased the library back in November but I haven't been able to benefit from it.

Please, try to print any report from our Demo for WPF.
If the error will still occur, then try to print any report from Demo.
Also, please, try to print from your program on Windows 7.

Then send us all error reports with screenshots of the problem.

I tried with your Demo for WPF, the result is same.
The app crashes on print. Most of my customers are using Windows XP.
I have earlier emailed you the screenshots.

If needed you may remotely access my system and check it yourself.

You may also send me some app that will generate more comprehensive error report.

Please solve the problem asap.

Sorry, but we can't help you until we get all information from you.
Please, try also to print any report from Demo(Demo.exe). Will you have any problem there?
Also, please, try to print from your program on Windows 7.

As I replied in my previous post, i have already tested DEMO.EXE and yes the result is same. DEMO.EXE crashes when i choose to print.

DEMO.EXE also CRASHES when I choose PRINT.

I am very disappointed with the service being provided. I have sent you all screenshots, i have sent you error logs, what else do you need. The frequency of reply is very slow, daily one reply.

I do not have Windows 7 so can't test on it. Also NOTE that my customers are using WindowsXP and I can't ask them to change to Windows 7.

You replied that you tested the Demo for WPF but it's not the Demo.exe. Did you try Demo.Wpf.exe that is Demo for WPF or Demo.exe.

Yes, by Demo i meant the actual Demo.Wpf.exe

I have purchased Stimulsoft.WPF so there is only Demo.Wpf.exe. And yes it crashes when printed.

As I suggested earlier, you too may remotely access my PC & see for yourself.

I have tested Demo.Wpf.exe on 3 different PC with 3 different printers, and the Demo.Wpf.exe crashed when i tried to print.
