Master-Detail Report with data page footer

Hi,
I am creating a master-detail report but came across a problem when I need to display a set of data within a page footer (because it needs to appear at the end of every page). It actually contains names of signatories of a report with a specific format (master-detail part). But for each document, it contains different sets of signatories (depending on the document id in the table). I have to generate the report depending on the document range entered by the user.

Header for Doc 1
Details for Doc 1
Signatories for Doc 1

Header for Doc 2
Details for Doc 2
Signatories for Doc 2

and so on.

I tried to put the signatories inside a data band and linked it with my header band. But i cannot resize the band (to occupy lesser horizontal space) because I need to put some text beside the Signatories box. And also, it moves depending on the Details contents. It should always be at the bottom of the page.

I tried using the subreport within the Databand of the header but it won't display at the end of every page and it moves depending on the contents of the details.

I tried placing the subreport inside a page footer band but it does not display the correct signatories of the document (gets all signatories for the documents in range).

Are there any techniques that I should try.

Any help would be appreciated.

Could you send us your data sources with sample data and a example what report you are trying create?
