Bottom Border Issue

OS: Windows 7 64 Bit Ultimate Service Pack 1
Updates: No updates installed
Localization: No localization done
.Net Framework: .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 Built into OS, .Net Framework 4.0 Installed Separately
.Net Framework Localization: No localization done
Machine: Dell Studio 1555

Bug Details:
Bottom border of last row disappears when we scroll through document slowly using keyboard.

How to reproduce the Bug:
The problem occurs when we scroll through report using keyboard Up/Down arrow keys slowly.
The problem occurs 5 out of 10 times we scroll through document.
Note: It occurs only when we scroll using keyboard and scroll slowly.
I have also attached the video which show that this error exists.

Hello.

Does this problem is on the printed reports or in the exported reports? Please, try to export such report to PDF and send it to us.

Dear Sir,

The problem is with report viewer. And once bottom border disappears, it is missing from the print also.

Export works perfectly.

Hello.

We have reproduced your issue. The problem is in errors in calculations. Sometimes the borders disappear. The report prints right.
Could you try to change zoom level when any border disappears?

Dear Sir,

When border disappears, I scroll the page up and down using mouse and the border appears again. But novice users get horrified.
