Bug V2013.1 with Chart Steps

I've noticed that the "Steps" of my X axis doesn't work anymore with the new Version. If I rollback to the previous one (2013.3) it's working fine.

Here is a copy of the PDF generated with both versions.

Exact same code to generate both document, the only difference are the Stimulsoft Dlls

Hi,
here is a really simple project that can replicate the issue.

Steps:
Compile then run.

Change the Dll to version 2013.1 (in folder libs)
Re compile and run

I have also included the pdf generated from my PC.

Info on my machine:
VS 2012 Update 1
Windows 8
