Is prerelease 2013.2.1601.0 stable?

Prerelease 2013.2.1601.0 includes some bug fixes I really want to use in our application. Is this prerelease stable enough to use it as a patch release for 2013.1 in a productive applications? Or would you disadvice using the prerelease in production code?

Yes, you can use this prerelease build in production code.
