Different Data Setup dialogs of the same data band

Hi there,

in my current project I work only with business objects. An user detected different "Data Setup" dialogs (screenshot attached).

Is this correct? If yes, can I deactivate/hide the shortcut button so the user can only access one version of the dialog?
