Designer.Wpf.exe crash

We have som problems with the Designer.Wpf.exe:

1. I make a Text Edible.
Then I click on the Preview-tab. The report shows fine.
When I click on the T (Editor Ctrl+T) I can change the text. Nice!
Then I click on the Page1-tab.
The Designer crashes.

2. I use the wizzard to make a standard report.
I create a new query using the Query Builder.
Testing the query (View Query) goes well.
Retrieving the columns works fine.
Now I click OK. The designer crashes.
Error: Unable to cast object of type 'Stimulsoft.Report.WpfDesign.StiQuerieItem' to type 'System.Windows.Controls.TreeViewItem'.

We use the Designer.Wpf.exe from 19 april.

We have fixed this issue.
The patch will be available in our next prerelease build.

We have reproduced this issue. We need some additional time to fix it.

We downloaded the prerelease Stimulsoft Reports.Wpf 2013.04.26 and we tried the Designer.Wpf.exe, file version 2013.2 1602.0.
The crash-problems are still there.

Please download the prerelease build from 2013.04.30.
