Can Grow setting - possible with upward growth?

Hi

I have been asked to place a text element at the bottom left corner of a page in a template. The text content is sent in as a variable and can vary in length. The textblock element therefore needs to be able to grow upwards. I have set Can Grow and Grow to Height to true, but that makes the element grow downwards and off the page.

Is it possible to make it grow upwards on the page instead? The attached image illustrates what I am trying to accomplish.

The illustration was a bit too simplified. The template contains many elements and the textelement I need to be able to grow upwards is placed on top of another element that covers large parts of the page. It is for a disclaimer on top of a map image.

I have also attached the template. I assume a footer cannot grow over other elements in the main body of the page?
