Error in attemp to create new Connection

Hi!
Problem was burned suddenly. In attempt to create new Database connection shows exeption

Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index

at System.Collections.CollectionBase.System.Collections.IList.get_Item(Int32 index)
at Stimulsoft.Report.Design.StiReportNewConnection.CreateNewConnection()
at Stimulsoft.Report.Design.Panels.StiDictionaryPanelService.ciConnectionNew_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e)

Version: 2009.3.600 from 1 December 2009 (v4.0.30319)
