Designer crash in version 2013.1.1600

Hallo Support,

I have installed the Designer from version 2013.1.1600 and am using it to design / test a simple chart (see attachment).
When I set the Y-Axis 'Start From Zero' to false it crashes completely (see screenshot and txt file).
