Should System variable {Time} print out the time stamp？

I need to print out the current time stamp on the report header. I tried system variable Time, but it does the same thing as the system variable Today. Both print out today's date only, with no time stamp.

Could you please point me to the right direction?

Please try to set the Format property for Text component to "Time" value.
