StiWebViewer PrintDestination issue with IE9/10

We have configured the PrintDestination property of the StiWebViewer to StiPrintDestination.Pdf and some of our users are having issues with the Web Viewer print function. Nothing happened after the Print button was clicked when these users load the viewer page with IE9 / 10. The “Print to PDF” option works on their computer if the PrintDestination property was not set.
Both version 2013.1.1600.0 and the Prerelease version 2013.2.1613.0 have been tested and the result is the same. Any ideas on what might be wrong?
