PageSize for printing labels.

I use Stimulsoft.NET 2012.1.1300.0 to print labels on a labelprinter zebra gx430t. When ever i want to print a label the driver predifined size (6.8 cm x 3.4 cm) is reset to 10.38 cm x 29.70 cm, almost A4 only the width is limited to the physical maximum. I already read theese posts:

sofar no help. Do you have an advice?
Is it possible to set the size of the printdocument, not the page?

Could you display your issue more detailed, because we can't imagine where and when page size is reset and what size have pages in your report.
