Report Viewer Toolbar menus don't align!

I have two report viewers in my application, and the toolbar menus drop downs are displaying far right of their parent menu heading, setting the alignments to centre and left had no effect on the rendering.
How do I rectify this?

I have downloaded the release 2013.1 which is the latest one I can download from my profile control panel and my toolbar is aligned totally to the right
