problem with Report Display

Hi
When I start to debug my Stimulreport in VS2005, if the report is small maybe only a few rows.
The Localhost website displays the report in the middle of the Webpage instead of the top.
If I export from the localhost website to PDF it than appears at the top of the PDF which is
the right display is this a known problem ?

Please send to support screenshot what you see in webviwer, result of export to html and result of export to pdf.
