"No fill" on textBox

Hello,

I have the newest release version (2013.3) and on this version, when I add new TextBox it has Background color "Aqua" (or something like that). When I am trying to change it to "No Fill", background color do not change and it is still "Aqua". When I changed it to another color it work fine, but I want to have "No Fill" - how can I do that?
