Predefined Table-Layouts

Post by ajoos »

We have recently upgraded to a new version of Stimulsoft Reports.Net. Our internal testers are now missing functionality:

I can not really evaluate what version they've been using before and when there still was this "Tabelle"-Ribbon-Tab. At what point in time did you get rid of it and what's the replacement-workflow? The same workflow had been possible for diagrams, too.

Thanks a lot!

Hello,

Please check what GUI are they using in the designer.
We have a Ribbon and Standard GUI. In Standard GUI some options are placed in another places.

You can choose GUI in the designer options.

Please let us know whether we understand your issue correctly and whether our explanation help you.
Thank you.

Hi Andrew. Thanks for your reply.

We are using the Ribbon GUI (see screenshot) and are missing the ribbon-tab shown in the screenshot in the latest version of the .net-reports when using the office 2013 GUI style.
Where do we find the respective settings?

I've been searching trough all the designer and was not able to find something :-) Thank you!

Hello,

These tabs were removed in the new release, because it strongly affected the performance of the designer. The part of their functionality (except predefined styles for tables) remained in the context menu by right-click. Styles will also be added to the context menu in the next builds.

Thank you.
