Selections in the report viewer

Hello,

I got 2 questions back from my first group of users, and I liked the suggestions. Both to do with selections in the report viewer.

1. Is it possible to highlight parts of report, in the viewer, for instance by choosing a background color or making text bold, before printing a report?
2. Is it possible to select a part of a report, in the viewer, for instance a table, to copy that table to the clipboard, for further use in another application?

Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible in the viewer. As a way you can click Edit Page in viewer and select and copy the necessary information in the opened designer.

That is not a very nice way, wouldn't there be any other way, for instance selecting an object, and copying this object using the clickcomponent event.

Is there a way of showing the report in html in the viewer, like in the editor?

Is it possible to add these features to the wish list?

Hello.

You could try to export the report to MS Word. Then it will be possible to make changes there and copy tables.
