Several empty band on page

Hello. Is it possible to locate several empty bands on page?
I have 4 empty bands on page and each of it contains textbox with the following text: {Line}
The problem in that only one empty band starts with 1, other empty bands is continue the last number, but I want that all empty bands starts from 1.
How can I do this?

P.S. I tried the {LineThrough} also, but result is the same.

In this case you could add a Data Band without Data Source and set its' Count Data property to the right value. This value depends on the amount of rows in the correspondent Data Source.

My data band uses business object as data source. I tried the Count Data property, but result is the same. See screenshot please, there is all ok, except row number in "Раздел 4" (there are 1,18,19,20,21. but I want 1,2,3,4,5) and "Раздел 5" (there are 1, 12, 13 and 1,15,16. But I want 1,2,3 and 1,2,3).
