Alternating Color Extending Beyond Defined Area
How do I prevent alternating detail rows from extending beyond defined fields? (see attached)

Also please try to use the background color for Text component, not for all band.

The report file is attached. We used the wizard to build the report and didn't explicitly set the odd/even style in the band. I don't see the odd/even style for the text box.Aleksey wrote:Hello,

Hello,
You have empty spaces at the end of each band which cause such a behavior in the report. As a way you can put an empty text component on this empty space and fill it with white color.

I have placed a blank field in the detail band of the report but since the grid doesn't align exactly to the 8.5x11 page there is small sliver showing to the right. I can manual increment the width of the field by one hundreds until it's gone but is there an easier way?
