Cross Tab with Monthly Data without all months

I want to create a Cross Tab with 12 columns with all the months.
But, I want all the columns to appear even if there are no data for a specific month.

Is there a way to do this?

There should be any data to show all columns.
As a way you could add records with null values to your data source.
