.Net MVC Viewer shows report -save or print is blank

I am using .Net 2013.3.1800.0 demo version of stimulsoft.

When I create a report using StiMvcViewer I can see my report in the viewer.

Clicking Save or Print produces an empty file.

What could be the problem? Is there any code I need to implement this feature?

I found the solution. My query for the datasource had a problem in it, so the database call failed. No indication that anything failed showed in the viewer so it just showed a blank report.
