Is it possible to use my own theme as I'm trying to make interface colour scheme match the rest of the product I'm building?

Unfortunately, it's impossible to do now.
But we are working on adding new themes.
We will add 2 colors in our new theme which you will be able to change.
They will be a color of the background and color of the active items. Will it satisfy your needs?
