Lines always rendered on top of other components

Hi,

I'm using the 2013.1 version and noticed that the lines (both horizontal and vertical) are rendered on top of other components, even when I send them to the back.
I tried using a Panel as the container of the lines, but the result was the same.
I noticed that other components inserted into the panet (eg. text) are correctly rendered before the image I need to keep on top.
Am I missing a configuration parameter?

I also tried the 2014.1 version, but the behaviour was the same.

Hello.

The Line Primitives are always on top. And it's impossible to put image in front of the lines.
