Ctrl+(Shift)+Cursor disabled after property changed

When I changed some property value in Designer Properties panel then functionality of Ctrl+(Shift)+Cursor is disabled.

We couldn't reproduce the issue. Please clarify which version do you use. Aslo please check the last build and let us know about the issue.

Version is 2014.1.1900. Open some report in Designer, click on some Text object and Ctrl+Shift+Cursor is working correctly. Then change size of this Text object in Property panel and click on Text object again. Now Ctrl+Shift+Cursor is definitly disabled.
