Row Height in crosstab

I have a lot of information to squeeze on the page. I've reduced the font size to 7.5 and now there's extra space between my rows. I tried to adjust the Min/Max and it's reducing the visible height in the designer, but I can't get the crosstab to close up the blank space between the fields? Is there a setting somewhere that I need to adjust in order to compact the rows so I gain additional space? I've been able to control the width of the fields just fine, but the height isn't acting the same.
I'm using Reports.Web

Hello, the problem is unwanted spacing between rows in crosstab when maximum row size is set below 0,5

See picture: in left crosstab row size is set to 0.3, right crosstab - 0.5

Are you able to provide the Release version this update was completed?
It looks like I'm running on Simulsoft Reports.Web Version 2015.1
I found an item in 2015.3 List of changes that I think may be the right one, but want to confirm so I can make the request to the right department to update.
