PageNumber issue in index

I need to display the categories with page number in index page. If the Category extends to next page then Index shows the second(last) page no. Let me know how to get the starting page number of the categories in index.

Thank you for your response .Herewith i have attached the mrt and xml files. In this template the page number of USA is started at pg no 15. But i get 16 in the index. Also i need country(Group Header) to be print on each page.

Thank you for your response. I have tried the above solution. Still need to clarify some doubts. That is the group extend to next page it doesn't show the starting page number. It shows the ending page number. Also I have attached the screenshot below. In that image, if the marked portion extends to next page it doesn't show the starting page number.Kindly help me.

Thank you for your response,Herewith i have attached the mrt file which needs for further requirement.In this mrt file,still i have an issue regarding the group band,if two or more group bands are placed it shows incorrect page number.In the attached mrt file,the country "canada" has render in the page number 5 but its shows as page no.4.Kindly help me to resolve it.
