Page navigation freeze with IE 11 (not English)

Hi,

I have an issue with a MVC and IE 11 into the ReportViewer.
System : Windows 8.1 and IE 11
IE freeze few seconds between page navigation on a report Web designed in French language.

It seems that the page script is searching some style (in french "Bleu" instead of "Blue" but it is not found... so the report is looking for something not available...)
This report is made by achieving the wizard (in French) for a standard report.
When you do it in English... no problem, it works fine.
If you delete all reference for each text boxes to "component style" the "Bleu 100%_En-tête1" description style, the report successfully works again...

Internet Explorer 11</strong> is freezing few seconds but not with Chrome !

We have reproduced the problem, most likely it is in the characters éê and other non-Latin.
We need some time to fix the problem.
