mouse gesture recognition with touch screens

i have tried the stimulsoft viewer on a touch screen, but it wasn't able to recognize any of touch screens gestures like zoom in-out, pan, scrolling, is those gestures are supported or not ?!
because its very important for our company to use a library with touch support
