Can't open the designer for any report demo in Chrome

When I click on the Design button for any of the report demos on this site in Chrome (Windows 8.1 64bit), I get an empty page with 'Loading' and a spinner. It works fine in Firefox. I am using the latest version of Chrome 38.0.2125.104

It's working now. It's showing the HTML5 version. Where' the Flash designer which can be used with .NET? Will Flash always be supported in the future or will it be phased out? And what's the difference between Flex and Flash versions?

We will continue support of the Flash Designer and Vierwer. We have just made huge improvements of Web Designer in the latest release. We have added a new style. Also we have added Undo/Redo feature.

And what's the difference between Flex and Flash versions?

Adobe Flex, is a software development kit (SDK) for the development and deployment of cross-platform rich Internet applications based on the Adobe Flash platform.
So our components are made in Flex and work in Flash player.

It's opening the HTML 5 based designer. Where's the Flash version? In my opinion the HTML5 one is less powerful.
