stimul report Lines didn't show in html preview

Hi
I changed your program source and now it works fine and changed completly reports from x to y with no error
my problem is when report converted every things are good but in html previews some are lines are hide what can I do ?

The screen-shots are attached
the version is ultimate 2012 ,for example in 24 box the left side line is disappeare
