Problem with data band overflow

Hi,

I've made a report defined with these bands :

PageHeader
Header
DataBand
EmptyBand
Footer
ReportSummary
PageFooter
______________

I use the 2nd engine version.

The data band overflow happen when the page caintain all the lines of data and summary is displayed on a second page, but instead, the last line of data is printed on the top of the second page, without the header. The value of the propertie "Print on" is on "All pages" yet.

Is there another propertie for the data band that I forget ?
