Series Label Pie overlapped

Post by socotek »

Good morning,
in attachment you can see a template page we create with Stimulsoft 2014; in char pie, we and our client would like:
i. series labels does not work on the diameter of the pie: you can see from file attached that the sencond pie is smaller than first pie. How can we fix the pie diameter?
ii. series label not overlapped. In second pie, you can see series labels are overlapped. How we can manage this problem? Are there some property to set?

In Image2 you can see how we would like the series label.

Thank you very much,
Luca

The size of the Pie Chart depends by the label size. Please try to increase the chart size.
ii. series label not overlapped. In second pie, you can see series labels are overlapped. How we can manage this problem? Are there some property to set?
please try to set the PreventIntersection property for the Labels to True.

Thank you.

Thank you for your suggestion, they works, but not in one case I show you by images:
- Image1_ASC.PNG: with ascendign sort it works;
- Image1_DESC.PNG: with descending sort it doesn't work (label overlapped);

Thank you for your attention,
Luca

Hello,

We couldn't reproduce this bug.
Please check the last prerelease build and let us know about the result. If the issue still present, please send us a sample report with test data for analsysis.

Thank you.

Hello,
  • i. I downloaded the last prerelase build but I have the same problem. I send you a sample report with data in a select SQL. With this report I get the image you can se in Compare.png.
    ii. Is it possible to have with Two Columns Labels style the line like shown in Image2.png?

Thank you very much,
Luca

Hello.

1. We see that the arguments and the values on the different lines. What is wrong with the report?
2. Unfortunately, it's impossible to get line exactly as on the image.

Thank you.

Hello,
1. yes, the arguments and values are on different lines, and this work perfectly after your help.
The problem is: in the image Compare.PNG, in the first pie the labels are 4 like the argoments, in the second pie you can see only 3 labels because one overlaps the other.
2. Ok.

Thank you,
Luca
