Seperate group header band and header band

I want one group header band and one header band, but they shall be seperate.
What's I mean is like following:
GroupHeaderBand1: already set the condition with one property
Data

----------------

HeaderBand1
Other Data

But seems when I do like this, data will be duplicated. repeat twice very strange.

Just want 2 seperate part of data in one page.
If I put the headerband1 in an other page it works, but how to put together with groupheaderband1 in same page.

Could you offer me some help?

I can have a short description of the result and pass the report later because the report is not in hand.


What I want is:

Don't know why it repeated again.
