StiMobileViewer designtime "Error creating control"

Hi,
when adding StiMobilieViewer on ASPX, designtime error occours:

Component is displayed properly when opened via browser.
IDE: VS2013/VS2015PRE (same problem in both versions)
Reporter version 2015.1.10.0(latest download)

same happened with older versions of 2015.1 release

Is there any special procedure for displaying this component in an IDE properly?

Please, check if the Stimulsoft.Base, Stimulsoft.Report and Stimulsoft.Report.Mobile are added to the Project Reference.

I double checked, all are versions 2015.1.10.0:

Please check one of our sample projects with Mobile Viewer, or on a new empty project. The error is reproduced?
We will check our component under various configurations, and prepare a solution for you.

thank you for really quick response. great job.
I attached additional image. As you can see, designer is displayed normally, viewer not. I believe that Stimulsoft.Base, Stimulsoft.Report and Stimulsoft.Mobile are also used with designer. Designer is properly displayed, viewer not.
