COnfig issue with latest build

I changed some properties in the config.xml file like to not allow the export to csv and text and when I load the viewer with that config file, those options are still available.
I have tried to change many properties in the config file for the viewer section but nothing changes.

We tested the config options of the report viewer and are unable to reproduce the problem.

Please try to clear the browser cache.
If this does not help, please check the settings designer. They work correctly? Or the error is only in the settings of the viewer?
Also, make sure the cache is not enabled for the config.xml file on the server side.
