combobox does not have scroll bar

Hello.
I'm having a problem with reports made to the web. When I create a combobox, it is powered with the database information, but when there is a lot of information in which the display exceeds the limit, it is not possible to select other items that are down because the combobox does not have scroll bar. How to fix this? See the image below.
