Missing "Build" button on New Connection dialog

I have built a simple Wpf application with the embedded Wpf Designer control (v2015.1 components) and the New Connection dialog that is displayed is missing the "Build" button that normally appears when you run the Designer applications that come w\ the Stimulsoft installed products. Any ideas how to get this to appear? You can see this on my attached screen shot.

It seem that the Stimulsoft.Database assembly is not available.
Please, add reference on this assembly.

I have tried adding the Stimulsoft.Database and Stimulsoft.Database.Wpf references to my solution (see screenshot) and I am still missing the "Build" button on the new connection dialog. Any other suggestions?

Sorry, but we couldn't reproduce the issue on the 2015.1 build.
Could you specify the date when the assemblies were created?

Please, try to remove the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Stimulsoft folder.
Also try our latest prerelease build.
