deleting band does not delete childs on band

Hi,
I have databand with childs on it:

then I delete databand and child are still visible on a designer. After I try to delete child, I am getting an error as follows:

steps to reproduce:
1.)create data set
2.) put databand on a page and connect to data set
3.) drag colmun from datasource to databand
4.) delete databand(childs stayed on a form)
5.) delete child(child will be deleted, but error is displayed)
