Print to PDF issue at HTML environment (Chinese)

I have got the issue during printing a report to PDF.

When we preview the report in Internet Explorer (with Chinese words in it using DFKai-SB font type) without any problem. Even though save it to Excel which can display Chinese words in DFKai-SB font type correctly.

However, during click on "Print to PDF" or "Save as PDF", the Chinese words become "Square" in the PDF. I know that using Arial Unicode MS can solve the issue but our Client request must display in DFKai-SB font type.

We have tried to use a third-party program "PDFCreator" print out the pdf and can successfully print out the Chinese words. But it cannot fit the margin which we expected in preview.

We have copied kaiu.ttf(DFKai-SB font type file) in windows font even copy it in Adobe Reader font folder.

Any missing? Any Idea?

Please send to us an MDC file of the rendered report.
You can save MDC file in the Preview window via button with Diskette image on it ("Document file ...").
This files is required for testing export.
