blank page in report and in print by brawser

Hello,

I need your help to know why this behavior appear in report some times when display report some time it shows blank page and some time show report as simple as that and i'm using render mode ajax with cache
also when i print report by using default print it gives me blank pages after each page of report what could be the problem ?!

first of all thanks for answering me in quick time ......I'm using web viewer with version 2014.3.17.0
