Report Designer's blank

I have a problem with the Report Designer. Whenever I load it up it the only thing I can see is a blank page with the Code, Preview and HTML tabs.

I have tried unistalling and re-installing Stimulsoft but have the same problem ?

The problem is that a number of the options are disappearing in the designer, for example the datasources, properties, etc.

I can get them back my removing the config files in:
C:\Documents and Settings\Robin Pearce\Local Settings\Application Data\Stimulsoft

Therefore I assume there is something wrong with my code because I am manipulating the Stimusoft setting which must be messing these files up. I will do further investigation on this - it must be something I am doing wrong - no need for you to look further.
