Export to CSV/Word Issue

Hello,

From Stimulsoft Report Viewer, our Export to CSV File.. and Export to Microsoft Word 2007/2010 File.. options are not working but same is working from Stimulsoft Report Designer.

Can you please provide me with some solution or some fix which I can apply may be in php code? Our customers have reported this as issue.

For your reference, attached is the stimulsoft version we are using.
